1. Generation of Gorlin syndrome iPSC.

2. iPSC generation of immortalized hepatocytes (TKiy).

     A. Two samples

         a. Four lines (#2 to #5) from Hep2044 (BA).

            i.   Teratoma formation done (4 lines)

                HE stain.

            ii.  Hepatocytes (#2 and #3)

                the EB (iPSell w/o FGF2, 10 days, Nunclon)

and XF32 (7 days, 6-well plate) method.

         b. Nine lines from Hep2013 (BA) with Xiao Yu.

            i. Colony formation

            ii.Freeze.

B. Future plan.

E8 did not work on Tik and #S31.  Tip and #S31 did not proliferate, but underwent apoptosis by E8. We change the protocol to the conventional one, i.e. the conventional medium on MEF feeder cells.
